Great gift for runners
Great running gift for a friend who is marathon training. She really appreciated it. Good value for money

It all tastes good
The electrolyte tablets for water taste alright, prefer the berry to the citrus. The citrus aqua gel is the consistency of water so if you're not a fan of the texture of gels those are good. Again the flavours are reasonably good. The water bottle is tiny and won't be using, didn't realise it was that small. Pretty good little pack for the price.

Does the job - great product
Absolutely love these products, I brought them for my hospital bag, labour and postpartum recovery. I would really recommend. All products tasted great and I continue to purchase the electrolytes regularly, I am sure they are contributing to feeling hydrated during my postpartum recovery. Would purchase again.

A great starter kit for anyone wanting to run longer distances
I used to only run 5k's because when I ran 10k, I would get these awful headaches later on in the day. It came down to the fact that I wasn't drinking water as I was running, but chugging it when I got home which apparently was too late. As someone with small hands, I hated holding a bottle whilst I ran so this kit was perfect for me with the small bottle included. Hydrating throughout my run meant I could go longer distances. While I normally wouldn't have the gels during a casual run, they really saved my bacon on race day. So all in all couldn't be happier with my trusty bottle and gels. Would recommend to anyone just getting into longer distances before they want to go full water bladder kit and kaboodle ;)

Good selection of flavours. Seem to be easy to take. Water bottle is handy

A great product and was more than enough for my 1st half marathon. I use the left over hydro tabs for tennis matches

Great pack for the Money that it cost me but the gels were horrible and very salty. Another Brand that is three letters beginning and ending with S, tastes much better and gives the best boost of energy. However the tablets for your water are alright, haven't tried the protein shake yet, protein shakes and me do not get along 😂
