Good paper but no tube
My only complaint is that it didn't come with a protective tube like other rolls I've purchased.

Give this a try instead of foil for a tender and juicy end product that still has a nice bark.
I've used this twice so far for brisket and once with pork shoulder and it worked just great each time. Bark came out far better using the paper vs. aluminum foil, which tends to soften everything into pot roast.

Damaged, but usable
It is a roll of butcher paper. One would have to drop hundreds of lbs on it to squash it. Unfortunately, that is what happened. But it is just paper, still usable.
