I am very pleased. It's kind of a ritual to grind the coffee manually like this. Even though sometimes I do a few days ahead because it does take quite a while to grind enough to fill the little cup at the bottom. But I love it because it's so satisfying. I have another one that is electric but that is just for herbs and spices. Also I plan on taking this one camping.. I'm kind of a coffee buff so I make coffee in my French press. I probably have a dozen different varieties in my pantry. Even when I buy a specialty coffee that is already ground I regrind it in this to get a finder grind so I can have espresso quality coffee. You should try it sometime. I know it sounds funny and redundant grinding coffee that's already ground but yes putting on the finest grind and grinding it again does make a difference and makes coffee last longer.

First used today. First impressions; very sturdy, it took me a while to grind for a pot of coffee but the grind was impressive. I love that you can dial in the grind on the outside of grinder. Very recommended., this is a quality hand coffee grinder at a very affordable price.

Great grinder overall, but if you a looking for espresso grind, you will probably need to readjust (recalibrate 0) the grinder. After recalibration, managed to get a finer grind and pull a perfect espresso shot.You can also attach an electric hand drill for a faster grinding.

This manual coffee grinder was easy to assemble, dissemble, wash and use. The fine tunability of the size dial is nice to have and allows me to experiment with the grind size and taste profile. It took me about 3 minutes at a normal pace without exerting much force to grind enough coffee beans to fill the collection cup. The threading keeps the collection cup pretty secure on the main body of the grinder. I didn't need to hold on to the collection up or worry about the cup dropping during grinding. Definitely recommend for the ceramic burr and how it can preserve the taste of the coffee beans.

This grinds. This satisfies the ADHD. Coffee taste better. Happy.

This is a great entry level coffee grinder. We never had a proper coffee grinder for espresso. We own a coffee grinder we purely use for spices. This one has a very fine level of adjustment for espresso. I initially tried a grind setting of 5 which is where the fine espresso begins. However, the extraction flow was slow for our Breville Bambino so I backed off to 6 and now the extraction rate is much better. We typically load around 14g of coffee and aim to get around 28g out. We have been drinking Tokyo Coffee's Decaf Ethiopia and it tastes so good with this grinder. When we run out and need to use different beans, I know I might have to adjust the grind size again. This is part of the fun of new coffee. I like to take breaks from work and grind. It's relaxing. No need to rush.Thanks for making such an affordable hand grinder! This is perfect for beginners who are thinking of a hand grinder, but not ready to drop more than $100 or $200 on one.

It works ok just beware that the glass container is easy to break. Unsure of a replacement of the container but I’ll buy a different one.
