Delicious. I don’t know if it gives me an increase in energy level. Calories are zero. Great for someone who needs to constantly stay hydrated. Quality is great. Repeat purchase.

This has become part of my nighttime routine when I want something more flavorful than just water. The flavor is delicious, it’s super easy to use, and the price is really reasonable. A great little treat to relax with at the end of the day.

I got this because I really like blood orange flavored drinks. I don't like hibiscus much but I figured I'd give the flavor combo a shot since I haven't tried an Unwind product yet. IMO you get more of the hibiscus up front with the blood orange being more subtle, but I actually kind of like it.I also drink water with a bit higher ratio of Mio flavoring than it recommends. I mention this because the more you add, the more it makes the water taste like gummy candy. Which is a plus for me, but I know it isn't for everyone.1 star off because, while I do like this flavor and will probably get it again, I originally purchased it because it said blood orange flavor, and I'm disappointed it was mostly hibiscus.

The hibiscus really comes through even with the blood orange. It's sweet but not cloyingly and adds a unique ever so slightly floral hint. REALLY yummy!

Flavor is definitely different but we enjoyed it.

Taste is alright, not the biggest fan and not my “go to” flavor. As far as it using it to “unwind” I wouldn’t say I felt different one way or the other.

Great product to help relax at night.
