These taste good, are a good value, and I can see a little hair and nail improvement after the first month of using them. I use a lot of gummy supplements as they are easier to digest (and kind of feel like a little diet cheat!) and these are good ones, especially with both collagen and biotin.

I haven't taken them for long, this is my first bottle. So I haven't noticed a whole lot of change just yet. They are really yummy so it's tempting to eat more than 2 lol. If I can come back and do an update after I have taken them for another month or so and see some progress, I will.

There is a lot more than just biotin in these gummies. With 10,000 mcg of biotin, they are also including collagen, keratin, saw palmetto and B complex. I take two gummies every day at around mid morning. I really enjoy the flavor of the mixed berry brand as it has a very pleasant taste. It also includes Maltitol with Xylitol which for me can create gas. I am hopeful that I will soon see positive results for my health.

I have felt like my hair has gotten thicker, but yet somehow hasn't gotten longer.But my nails! They are growing rapidly!!Taste isn't horrible, but isn't the best

On the second bottle and nothing. Disappointed plus they arrived where the gummies are stuck together

Tastes great and is making my hair and nails grow faster. I really wanted hair to grow thicker, but so far not seeing much of that. Same with nails--growing in length fast but not necessarily stronger.
