These are perfect for my calcium supplement.

Decided to try calcium supplements for my pms and it has helped a ton!I read that calcium citrate is easily absorbed and can be taken on an empty stomach, which is why I decided to go for this.The instructions do recommend taking it with a meal, however I have been taking it on its own first thing in the morning and have had no issues, thought your mileage may vary.The only downside is that for a 500mg dose you need to take 3 capsules.I find them easy to swallow.Bottom line I would recommend this product, I find it has helped me and I have had no adverse effect.I have been using it for 2 months. The only other thing is it comes from Germany so takes a bit longer than usual in the post .
