Great for camping!
I love these veggies! I used them with instant potatoes for a backpacking meal. They cooked pretty fast with a camp stove/boiling water. A little chewy after 3 minutes soaking so 5-10 would’ve been the sweet spot I think. So handy to have in the pantry to add to noodles or soup or anything! I love that they come with seasoning mixed in. Will buy again!

Yes, a good buy! Fresh.
Good taste! These ramen toppings elevate any type of instant noodles. Or anything really! They are just freeze dried vegetables diced small. So . You may be able to find the same thing for a better price. A good value overall I think and the quality is good too. Very fresh smelling. The ingredients are just vegetables and a few basic seasonings. Simply add them hot water or broth and bob’s your uncle. Just make sure to let them soak for enough time. The peas will have a chalky texture if you eat them too soon!

Good toppings, but package is smaller than you might think.
This is a decent mix of vegetables that can be added to your ramen noodles. They would also work in a soup. The flavor is subtle and if you are using quick ramen noodles you might need to reconstitute the veggies before starting your noodles. I frequently eat ramen from a cup, but I allow my noodles to steep for about 15 minutes. That is about right for the veggies in my opinion. I use about 2 tablespoons topping mix per serving of ramen, so there is about 10 servings in the bag for me. Ramen is still a budge item, this just makes it a bit tastier (and nutritious?).

Definitely recommend.
Tasty. Love the variety of veggies. My favorite ramen addition thus far. Veggies would be great for soup too. Definitely recommend. Will purchase again

4.5 stars--a really nice mix except for the disappointing peas
I like this blend of ramen toppings--a lot of brands are seafood-flavored, and you don't always want that. These are very mildly-seasoned freeze-dried veg, including cabbage that rehydrates plumply and is delicious. The only downside is that the peas stay hard and pellet-y in soup. They'd probably soften up if they soaked overnight, but I'm not going to make instant ramen and leave it to sit overnight before eating. Everything else quickly rehydrates, though. I just pick out the peas and toss 'em.

Perfect addition to backpacking
I got this to add to simple backpacking meals to squeeze in extra bulk, flavor and veggies. In this case I added it to cooked, dehydrated pasta. When hiking, I add cold water a couple hours before lunch time to rehydrate everything, then add a tuna salad packet or chicken salad packet. Nice, no-cook pasta salad. The veggies add some flavor and texture depth that make this pretty good.I'm sure it will be good to add to actual Ramen too. LOL.I'll for sure buy more of this one for backpacking!

Great alone!
These are so yummy. I do add extra boolion, no noodles, hot water dispenser at work.
