Of course both of those elements in large quantities can have a marked negative impact on a human's ability to remain a viable working unit but, in smaller doses, they're supposed to help keep your teeth in good working order for decades. So if you're after keeping your pearly whites pearly white then this paste for your teeth is the stuff of legends. Give it a try but just be sure to let your friends know that you're not experiencing seizure activity, you're just really enjoying the thrill of the fluoride/peroxide rush.

I like this toothpaste. It isn't harsh, doesn't strip my mouth, and slowly gets my teeth whiter and whiter. Definitely a good every day toothpaste. Doesn't bother my gums either.
