So cute!
I bought this for my 2.5 year old daughter to grow into, but she loves it already! She uses it on area rugs and our foam gym floor and has such a great time balancing, pushing along, and "landing tricks." It seems to be well made and durable. She plays with it a lot now, but I suspect the size will fit her best when she is about 3.5/4 years old. Worth the buy!
