Outcast Fish Cat 5 Max, Gray (200-000150)

I am a tall person and I wanted a high quality tube that was comfortable and easy to use. This is it! I took it out on a bass pond and it was very easy to use and comfortable. I still have to get comfortable with the black tray that I insert after I get into the tube. It is sturdy but different than other trays I have used before.Inflation was a piece of cake because I also bought the Outcast pump. Beats the heck out of going to a gas station with quarters...

My goal was to float on the lake. Achieved! Beyond that I like the tray. Works well enough. I could do with a little sneaker motor under the tube but hey there always has to be room for improvement. Not sure what you get for a more expensive float tube but this one was all I was looking for. At 250lbs I stay above the water unless the wind is blowing and it gets choppy. Chest waders are a must if you want to stay completely dry.

Have used my new Fish Cat 5 twice since purchase and found it met my expectations. It is for larger individuals and was comfortable. The foam seat and back provide good support. The skirt was different from my previous float tube but was functional and not a problem.

appears to be very well constructed, inflated easily. Using for fly fishing but the weather has been horrible just waiting.
