This product is amazing. Works perfectly. The app is even better than most VoIP apps. Installing at first was little bit hard but now I can leave my phone number at home and get rid of roaming. It really solves a problem for me because I travel a lot

Both SIM cards installed on the same operator. I can receive SMS's and calls from the first simcard, even I am not in the country where the IKOS device is installed. The second SIM is absolutely blind, or dead. It shows it's connected to the same operator as SIM1 but SIM2 is dead. I can't receive SMS, receive calls or send SMS or do calls from it. Credit on the SIM and service is fully activated everything.My device has issues with dual SIM and I've bought two devices. Unfortunately I can't test the second one because I am not in the country where the IKOS device is installed.

Always sound is cracking and no support.
