Works well for JST-XH 2.54mm connectors
Bought this to crimp on some JST-XH connectors. It’s one of the cheaper ones I could find and has done a great job. The jaws are sturdy and line up well with tight tolerance. So far has crimped them all perfectly.

Good tool, works well once you get the hang of it.
The IWISS is not ratchet based crimping tool but works great once you get the hang of it.You have to crimp the connector twice, once for the wire and once for the insulation and although this might seems a bit of a faff, its actually pretty easy and quick once you get the hang of it. This tool seems to be a clone of a more expensive brand called 'Engineer' from Japan but despite being much cheaper, it works great and also seems very sturdy. This costs a fraction of what a 'branded' ratchet based JST crimping tool would and for a hobbyist its more than sufficient to get the job done.

Good crimper
Good crimper for JST style insects.

Does the job, no prob.
I'm using them to facilitate some rather complex guitar wiring. Having never crimped these tiny micro connectors before, I watched a clip of "how to" on Youtube - of which there are several. I found the job to be very fiddly but, with the aid of my big magnifying lamp and a bit of practice, I'm cracking on with them now.

Versatile, precise
Accurate, sound crimps using this tool. Clear instructions included. The spacing between insulator and conductor crimps is different for different types of contacts. This tool is quite versatile because it has six single crimp jaws, which allows the user to choose the spacing. Slower than dual crimp jaws, but more versatile.

Cheap & Nasty
Purchased this crimper to tackle some micro Jst terminals however, instead of crimping them it was crushing them out of shape. it wasn't until i checked the die's under the microscope you could see how badly constructed the tool was & how badly the crimping dies had been machined.. they're all supposed to resemble an M shape like the rear dies. however the front dies are machined very poorly and the finish of the tool is also bad.. and IMO its a waste of money especially if your buying this tool to crimp to use the smaller crimping dies

Dissapointing performance
I purchased this crimper solely for its capacity to crimp the smallest (SSH) terminals. Unfortunately the smallest jaw is not fully formed, rather than having clean curves to 'curl' the terminal wings arround the wire/insulation it has a malformed jaw which crushes rather than curling the wings rendering the finished crimp terminal unusable. I took a lot of tries before I resorted to putting it under a microscope to find the problem. I include 2 photos the first is of the jaws on the IWS and for comparison how they should look in the second (an engineer crimper for comparison)Overall just will not do the smallest size crimps, dissapointing.
