Works the way I use it
I don’t need this to go to sleep. I wait for the first time I get up and take one of these long-lasting tablets then. I sleep well the rest of the night, every night. I gladly use it every day since melatonin is a natural substance and an antioxidant. With other melatonins, I might wake up, wide awake, at three or four in the morning, and pay for it later. These work fine for me now.

They're like time-released normal wants only last 4 hours
Time released so they last most of the night I don't have to get up and take another pill at 2 in the morning

Works much better than standard melatonin.
This worked much better as an adjunct to my sleeping pill than standard melatonin and enabled me to sleep thru the night.
