My therapist recommended this book. It helps me decide what is important and what is not based on my values and the fact that I will die someday. Will what I do today matter in eternity? Will my actions bring people closer to god or farther away? It helps me decide what to say no to in life so I can say yes to what matters. It helps me accept pain as the touch stone to spiritual progress and to challenge myself that I am frequently wrong. It is the seeking of the truth not thinking we know everything that we grow and gain fulfillment.
