Great for small vineyard or orchard
Great sprayer for a small vineyard or orchard. Plenty of pressure and extension wands make it easy to use.

Well made product but didn't fit my Ryobi sprayer
I assume the sizes were standard on these things but apparently they're not. I guess I'll have to go to the hardware store and set up some kind of adapter system for it to fit.

Solo 4900528 Sprayer Brass Extension Wand, 60"
This 60" Solo wand extension was exactly what I needed! I have been using the stock plastic 20 some inch wand on my Solo backpack sprayer for cleaning my house siding and was not able to hit some high areas. This wand (60") hits every area and then some, on our two story home (with the use of a smaller ladder). It is a two piece brass wand, so you get the choice of the original plastic wand, a 30" brass or 60" brass extension. Really nice having all these options. It was delivered in two days (prime) and packaged OK, but not crush proof. The two brass tubes have plastic connections, which probably may fail over time. I'd prefer seeing solid metal connections, but this did work well for my first use. It connected easily to my Solo 425 backpack sprayer. You just need to be a bit gentle or use with both hands when using the full length, which is self explanatory the first time you use it. All in all, I highly recommend the Solo back pack sprayer 60" brass extension.

More versatile than described
I received the "SOLO 4900528 Brass Extension Wand, 60 Inches" yesterday. Today I used it in cleaning vinyl siding and asphalt shingles. It is better than described and shown in the advertisement. It is two 30" extensions that may be joined in the middle by a treaded coupling to accomplish 60". They are: one unit that attaches to the shut off valve assembly {call inboard} and a second unit that attaches to the first by means of a threaded coupling {call outboard}.The original wand or inboard extension that came with my backpack sprayer is 20" long. The new brass inboard extension with fittings to attach to the shut off valve assembly is 30" long. The new brass outboard extension is 30" long and will join to either the original 20" extension or the new 30" extension. Therefore my sprayer can have either a 20" wand, or a 30" wand, or a 50" wand or a 60" wand. The 50" wand was my preference today.Yes, be careful; it is long and thin.

Design Flaw will likely cause failure after limited use. Please Remedy Solo.
The wand, despite the picture, has two parts. Where the parts meet, there is a plastic coupling type screw. The threaded area is less than one inch and cannot bear the weight of the device. After one use, the threads started pulling out during my second use. Had I been spraying a toxic material, I would have been hurt. Fortunately, it was non-toxic. Regardless, the engineering is poor. A longer screw assembly would only require a few cents more worth of manufacturing and ensure a long life. This design is likely for planned destruction such that repeat purchase is needed. Another way to solve the riddle would be to splint the joint with duct tape and a metal or wooden dowel such that the joint is protected from gravity. Or the manufacturer could include a plastic snap on version. Regardless, the way it is now doesn't last and isn't worth the money, nor the wasted effort of purchasing and setting up spray, just to be stopped mid project by poor quality design.

Works great
The fit and functionality are perfect. Just keep in mind that it adds a bit of weight. Pretty heavy for one-handed operation by the time you finish a lap around a house.

Not what I expected.
It is a 2 piece wand. I sprayed my plum, and peach trees and found it very heavy. My arm was sore after just 2 trees. Holding it one handed while pumping my Solo 4 gal Backpack Sprayer.

Brass Sprayer Extension Wand
At first I thought there were some connectors missing because the package was open when I got it. But they were all there and it did exactly what I needed. I could reach higher up on the roof and still stay safely on the step ladder. They recommend cleaning all the chemicals out once you finish spraying, which I did. I'm sure the brass will stay in good shape and am hoping the rubber washers and plastic connectors will be fine when I need to use it the next time.
