I don't take anything for weight loss anymore. I just keep tabs on what I eat.

I can not say it makes you loose weight. For me it hasn't, not much at least. But it does help you feel full and have little to no cravings. There were days in which I ate so much, and still I barely put on weight ( a few ounces). The liquid works great, and it is a lot more effective than the pills, but it just like the pills, it takes more than the recommended dose for it to be truly extremely effective. It is not a magic potion, but as a diet and exercise aid, it works wonders. It enables you to achieve your goals more easily.

Just started using this product which came in the packaging shown above. I've tired the pills before and they have worked but I wanted to try something different because I'm tired of taking pills. This alternative seems easier. The taste isn't the best but it's not the worst either. Just hold your nose and take it to cut the taste and drink some water. Will rate 3 stars for now. I will review again in about a month. Oh and i am also watching my foods and engaging in daily exercise. this is a true review :)

I have used it for about 3 months I believe it works to help burn fat. I am also keeping track of what I eat and do try to exercise as much as possible. So would weight loss still happen without it, sure do I need it no but it is good to know that it works it did for me.

This product is AWESOME. I purchased it in a health food store for double the price. It worked so well I ordered for my parents. Really boost metabolism.

I have been purchsing Garcinia Cambogia through another site. The brand I was buying was only a 2oz bottle and 60% HCA and the price was the same as this particular brand. Of course I switched to get more for my money. Since I have been using Garcinia Cambogia(4wks), my appetite has decreased and I have lost about 5 lbs. I haven't changed my diet much. I am very pleased!

Its a steal for what it did help do, but after using about 3/4 of the bottle I could no longer remain consistent because of that awful old banana taste, not sure if it is suppose to taste that way, however I did shed about 5 lbs in conjunction with Raspberry ketones during a two-week period! Hope this helps!

I love this product. I use it with my garcinia cambogia capsules and my colon cleanse. It works great. I seem to feel better and loose more weight when I add this to the mix.and no bad aftertaste. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to loose weight and feel better.
