I am not a doctor, nor a medical professional so please don't seek my comment as my advice. Having said this, I would recommend this product for mild to moderate case a of balanitis. There arw plenty of other home remedies that should be tried along side using this product. Extra virgin non refined Coconut oil works great too. The ingredients in this product are all high end and works towards fighting balanitis.. One persons Review said that this product smell bad. I strongly disagree with that. To me this smells more natural, woody smell. And plus this is a medication, not a cologne nor perfume. So I would care less about the way it smell. I am concerned with the results only and for me they are positive. Period

My order arrived a few days ago. The first time I used it I noticed some heat with it. I've not noticed that again but it was nice to feel like it is working. I have had this issue for a very long time and i have seen doctors and they have prescribed various things that dont work. This product has by far been the most effective for healing and pain relief, that being said i am still not completely healed but i am still within the two weeks of suggested treatment time, so i am optimistic. I could see how this product could quickly heal someone who has been dealing with this for weeks or months. But in my case of it being years, plural, not just one year. Best of luck to anyone out there struggling, keep researching. Medical doctors including dermatologists, often times know just as much about skin reactions as we do. So just bc they are not helping, doesnt mean that you can't find a natural solution for your issue. Especially when the very narrow focused medical establishment does not have a solution that works.

I have been suffering with moderately severe balanitis for many yrs & have tried everything from steroid creams to all natural lotions like this one. Most of them have failed miserably & some even made my condition worse. I even got so desperate for relief that I had a circumcision done. But even that didn’t do much. So anytime I see a new product for balanitis, I don’t get my hopes up but always give it a try on the off chance that this will be the one. This product is magical. I was frustrated since last 3 months. Suragel cured me after 3 days of usage.I have some feedback though :-> The bottle should be transparent so we know how much is left. I prefer "Swiss Navy Lubricant" kind of look.-> Should come with a small brochure to explain how long to use etc.-> Bigger bottles should be available.
