Very pleased with this purchase.
I am going to get right to the end with this review and say buy it. Just buy it. If you have any question about it or just don’t want to take the time to read the full review, this is a great product.Okay, I know, that was a strong start, but I really like this product. What a great idea! A go-pro like device just like daddies. An excellent way to encourage getting my son into the hobby of photography and videography. Even more impressive is it’s super easy to use, extremely durable, and well priced.Let’s look at the details:Pros-Price is dirt cheap for any decent digital camera. For a knock-off go-pro the price is competitive.-It’s brightly colored and very easy to use. The bottoms are big and squishy; it has large icons on the screen that are easy to follow.-The case is strong. No worries about dropping on drowning this.-Comes with lots of good mounts and wrist straps so it does not get lost in or out of the case!-Battery life is good-Has a lot of nice digital features such as frames, burst mode, timer, continues shooting, and more.-Screen is a good size and easy to see.-WiFi works well and makes data transfer a breeze.Cons-Little girls may not way blue.-No memory included. I mean that is a lot to ask at this price point…-USB mode switch is more geared towards adult use.As I said above this is one of the better purchases I have made. My kid loves it and it’s fairly inexpensive for a toy that actually teaches a child to be creative instead of just running around smashing stuff. It’s well thought out and easy for kids to use, which is the most important part. Overall, just an excellent concept with good execution.

You can do better
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Picked up a few cameras for our snorkeling trip. This one and a Crosstour Action Camera Underwater Cam WiFi 1080P Full HD 12MP. Both cameras are small, in water proof casings. This camera takes ok pictures underwater and above the surface, although the kids (9 year olds) sometimes have trouble remembering the buttons and start taking video (default) before they realize they wanted stills. The written instructions on this camera are horrible as noted elsewhere. The camera itself is not intuitive either. Even setting the date and time took me about 15 minutes. It serves it purpose however and the kids do enjoy using it.But I have seen the other side.....The Crosstour Action Camera Underwater Cam WiFi 1080P Full HD 12MP takes much, much better pictures, has instructions that you can read and follow, comes with more attachments, a cleaning cloth, and most importantly an extra battery (which in essence gives you hours more shooting time) all for $3 more. Well worth the extra $3 for the battery alone. I wish I had just gotten the Crosstour for all three of us.

I love it because I did not need to read the ...
My grandaughter 10 asked for this and she is an overall athlete swimmer, runner, and gymnastics. It takes good pics and video and is simple to operate I do not agree with the age range on the box. Unless you want to do everything for your child I would say 9+ than that is with experience with a digital camera. A good start very reasonable start before an expencive

A waterproof and featureful camera to keep kids busy.
My 6 year old daughter has been begging us for a camera. After looking around this action cam seemed like the best and most durable option. It comes with a ton of different mounts, but so far the neck strap is her favorite, it is just the right length for her. The interface is pretty easy to use and she figured it out quickly. She loves to take pictures of our cat using the cute little frames that come built in. The picture quality is so-so indoors and is better suited for outdoor natural light since the sensor is so small. The build seems very durable and I love that the SD card (which is included!!!) and battery are screwed in place so you don't have to worry about them getting lost or being eaten by a younger sibling. When I told my daughter it was waterproof she had to test the waterproof case, it worked great. With everything that comes included with this thing it seems to be quite a good value my daughter won't put it down.

An Excellent mid-range wireless headset.
This is the most comfortable gaming headset I have owned. The size is a little on the large side, they fit very loosley, but mind you I do have very short hair and perhaps my head is a little on the small side. The sound quality and mic performance was excellent for this price point. The usb was easy to setup and didn't fail to connect and stay connected. The usb range is roughly 30 feet. The corded version has slightly better sound and is a little lighter, and for I prefer the corded model.Overall the corded and wireless usb versions are decent mid-range headsets.

Durable and Easy to Use!
Got this gift for my friend's daughter, and she went absolutely crazy over this camera. We were playing with this together and we had it all figured out in 10 minutes, how to operate the camera and all of its functions. The camera takes great pictures also as well it has the video function. The good thing is it comes with a 16G micro SD card, and the camera can be charged with USB cable.I know she would need a better digital camera when grows up, but for now, she is having a blast with this camera. And it could bring interests of photography for little kids. I would seriously recommend this camera for a young child, something at least keep them busy with.

The anti-shake design is great.
I waited some time to do this review to see how my son felt about it. He's turning 10 in February and wanted a kids camera that could work in water since his sister had her own Polaroid camera. I'd like to say first off that he had no problems using this camera himself. He did all the picture taking at the local pool and was so excited about it. The transferring part was my job and since I have my own action camera it was pretty simple. I like that this camera comes in multiple colors, the outside bordered in blue and the inside with camouflage blue and black fit him so perfectly. I also like that he will be able to use this on his bike and I won't have to worry that it will fall and break. Price was great since some cameras are priced insane. Great pictures, good quality overall! Perfect gift for an independent kid photographer.

Intuitive controls, my son loves it
I purchased this just ahead of our Cancun trip for my 5 yo son(who otherwise takes control of my Go Pro). This camera actually surprised me in terms of ease of use and basic functionality. This has almost everything to make decent footage/photos while on a trip and the cost is such that it can be handed over to my son.The camera needs a micro SD and a charge lasts for unto 2 hours on medium use. It connects via USB to my Windows laptop to transfer images and video. Overall, it would act as a learning tool for my kids before(an if they want to) graduating to more expensive professional Action Cameras. I am going to try and mount it on a drone one of these summer days and see how it works. Really happy to get this at a sweet price point.

Arrived earlier than expected!
I purchased this Digital Video Camera because I have been looking to purchase one to record my kids sports games and their events. I chose to purchase this one due to it being very affordable and not only does it take HD Videos but it also takes 24 megapixel photos. It comes with an extra battery and a remote control so that you can control it while it is sitting on the tripod. It comes with a case to put it in. I highly recommend this video camcorder to anyone who is looking for one that is very affordable and also has very high quality.

A great gift for a creative child
At first I thought all the features would be overwhelming and difficult for him to grasp but I was wrong. It didn't take him long before he was toggling with flash and different screen options. He likes switching between the front camera and selfie mode.It has internal storage but capable of expanding with a SD card. There is also a usb cable for the computer but I have not yet tried it.It hasn't been dropped too bad yet but it feels sturdy enough that it should hold up.We love that it has two viewfinders for children instead of one like a traditional camera. Hes able look through it like binoculars.Great camera for little ones, very easy to use. Highly recommend it!"

Perfect!
This was my son's big gift for his fifth birthday and he LOVES it. He has yet to discover the games, which we're pretty happy about as he has other options for screen time. It's very sturdy (he's definitely dropped it a couple of times). I'm glad we spent a little extra to get the one that takes selfies since he loves making videos of himself. The photo quality seems okay -- he's gotten a couple of decent ones (but I'm not sure he's the world's best photographer yet either). It's great for his purposes, however, and has really gotten him interested in photography and creating his own videos. He loves showing his grandparents, etc his photos. I do wish the cap for the batteries screwed in, as a young child can open it independently. It took my son a little bit to get used to NOT using a touch screen, but he figured it out. We're really happy with this purchase.

A failure in every possible way
Eh, I don't know where to start. I thought it would be a nice present for my niece who is a swimmer, a camera that can go deep and be cheap enough she won't care if she loses it. I wasn't expecting much quality wise...So, it looked cute when I opened the box, it comes with a diving case (which I assume is responsible for the 20m claim), but supposedly it is also waterproof by itself (there are rubber covers on ports). I charged it overnight and switched it on the next day...And this is where everything started going wrong, the battery indicator dropped to half in a few seconds (tried a second overnight charge, the same thing) and, even worse, I could see everything in the little screen was rotated 15 degrees CCW - so you can't get a straight pic when holding it straight (the daytime images attached are with the camera on a level surface). The specs were also obviously wrong, it does not have an 80 degree wide angle lens, it is about 45 degrees, and, of course no 1280p, both photos and videos are 720p (if you go to the last specs at the bottom of the listing, that's the only correct mention of it being 1280x720, which is neither 1280p nor "2MP").But 720p would be fine too, however the quality is unusable. It produces heavily compressed (~50kb) 1280x720 photos (or similar quality videos) that are completely dull and blurry. In fact, it seems that the only way to get something in focus is if you take a photo from about 20 cm away, the farther you move from that, the more out of focus you get. If you take an indoor shot at night with lights on, expect it to be dark and grainy in addition to blurry (see example). Overall the quality is similar to a cheap 0.9MP webcam from almost 20 years ago.And the final straw was to see whether this useless cam is actually water proof. The specs say no case needed, but there was nothing in the manual. So I did a very quick dunk in a glass of water. I can confirm it is NOT waterproof at all without its case.PS. Actually, the only thing that mostly works is its wifi - although it loses or does not make connection sometimes, when it does, you can see & record from the app, although not always with great success (e.g. the app gave me 1MP to 3MP photo choices - which the camera shouldn't support - but in the end just stored 640x480 images on the phone).Update: The seller is responsive at least, and they change the description to not specify it is waterproof without the case.
