World of Nobu JP Oversized – April 1, 2019

I've had this book a week and it is already treasured. It's an advanced cookbook in that there are no measurements but don't let that scare you off. If you generally cook without a recipe, you will do just fine. If you need to follow a recipe PRE-CISELY this is not the book for you, but I recommend it anyway because is it art.

High quality photos, directions are easy. A lot of different recipes. Of course no measurements but it’s expected.

this is horrible! the book was super expensive and none of the recipes contain measurements!!! a total waste of money!

This book is beautiful and contains many recipes found in the previous Nobu books, however there is one glaring omission in this book, there are no measurements for anything. All of the dressings sauces etc will give you a list of ingredients, but it's up to you to figure out how much of each and balance the flavors as you would like.

Fancy picture and dishes.Nice description about procedures but there are no measurements and amounts on this book.I end up buying his old books because those has measurements and amounts.Nobu the cook book has step by step process of recèpe and portion of ingredients.
