Ugh...
If you have only slight plantar faciitis with no achilles tendonitis whatsoever mixed in, this product might work for you. All it did for me was bend up the toes a little and make my foot sweat. Mostly I found it annoying with no benefit to off-set the annoyance, so back it goes.

Flimsy!
The strap is in the wrong place (should be attached at the toe)and very flimsy. Still worked better than the ones with the metal brace in the top of boot. There all uncomfortable! This one makes my toes hurt after having it on all night. I give up! Going to make my own!

Useful product
I've been suing this for about a month. Seems to help my plantar fasciitis. Keeps toes turned slightly up which helps stretch the plantar fascia. But it isn't quite as effective as the hard plastic type in keeping the foot at a 90 degree angle. On the other hand, it's more comfortable to wear. Because the foot part is plastic or rubber, one's foot will perspire a bit. Throw it is the washer on gentle cycle and air dry to keep it fresh. Folds very flat so excellent for travel.
