Hutzler Adjustable Pastry Trimmer, one size, Red

I love the wave design. Very sturdy when rolling, fits comfortably in your hand. A little tricky at first to open up to clean. I wish it was a little easier to see the cutting area. But it still doesn't deter from the product. I just needed a bigger crust for my pie dish to make it fit my pie dish. But so happy with how the lattice turned out.

I found these at the supermarket and took a chance on them. I didn't realize they were Hutzler until I got home and I was pleased because I have a lot of their vegetable storage containers. When I made Sourdough Cheese Herb Crackers, I used the perforated wheel to cut out my crackers. I had no problems with sticking or tearing. Note, in the picture above, the misshapen crackers on the cookie sheet were not the fault of the wheel, they were at the end of pastry or I just messed them up and they became cook's treats. I like that they come in a little box that I can store them in when not in use. I highly recommend these!
