Value for money. The product is working well.I wish to point out certain aspects of the design:The induction plate and the steel rim has a small gap. It gets filled with small particles over a period, however carefully handled.

Extremely Disappointed – Safety Hazard and Poor Support
I bought this product a month ago and started using it just a few days back. While making tea, a small amount spilled on the glass top, which immediately cracked and shattered into pieces. Thankfully, no one was hurt.Although it’s still under warranty, the company refused to replace it, citing misuse. But the glass top cracked from minimal heat exposure, which clearly points to poor material quality and lack of durability. This is not what I’d expect from a brand of this reputation.The two-year warranty is meaningless if it doesn’t cover a failure that wasn’t caused by the user. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the after-sales support. I strongly advise against purchasing this item due to safety risks and a lack of accountability.

Product is superb in build quality and efficient in electricity consumption weight is so light easy to carry touch display and timer also and the burning is also so fast

Very good product, am happy
Very good product. Cooking time is much less. However, we find it a bit difficult, when it comes to boiling milk - it doesn't give the same result as in a gas stove. Otherwise, it's all fine. Power consumption is not high as i assumed it to be.
