Xbrand XB-1009 Laptop Cooling & Comfort Station

This product worked great for a while to cool my laptop. After I had it for about a month or so the heat cracked it. When I tried to use it with my other laptop it did not help my laptop still ran about 200 degrees fahrenheit (93 degrees celsius). In the end I bought a different cooling unit for my laptop, that I had tried before.

I needed to keep my my laptop cool as I use it all day, everyday. This product is very cheaply made and did not cool the laptop at all.I had a disappointing seller response to a return request - they accepted the return but I was expected to pay for the return. Clearly on a $9.99 item it is not worth the trouble. I cannot recommend this item or this seller.

I have used the same X-brand laptop support for several years for my home laptop and needed another one for the office because my new laptop was getting too warm, and the keyboard is too flat without the X-brand. It is an economical solution to both problems.

This cooling station was easy to setup and use at first but the unit didnt have the durability to survive during prolonged use. The plastic also seems a bit cheap compared to other units on the market.

Just plain garbage! Dont waste your time or money on this garbage. Product does not perform. Get a small stand that goes under your computer to alllow it to breathe better.

I bought this cooling fan about 10 years ago, and it has lasted this long. Now I am buying another one. I hope the quality hasn't changed. Based on mine, I recommend it.
