I am post menopausal which lead to alot of problems and new diagnosis of IBS, among others and have been gaining weight whether I ate or not. I knew I did not eat enough protein and I always felt hungry and was stress eating. I was reluctant to buy Alaya Green Superblend because I have tried other super greens before and had a hard time actually ingesting due to they smelled and tasted like dirt! I have been using Alaya Whey Protein and Alaya collagen, for a week, and I seen amazing results in about a week. My cheeks felt tighter and I have an all over stiffness that is easing up. I also used them after 3 days of yard work and unable to move, and bam, an hour after drinking my smoothie, Most of my soreness was just about gone, which has never happened. So I bit the bullet and bought Alaya Superblend! WOW! I was pleasantly surprised how good it taste! I use all three in my morning smoothies, they blend completely and no gritty residue! The mix berry flavor blends right into my fresh fruit smoothie! I have no hunger between meals and lost my cravings for carbs and sweets! I look forward to my ongoing love of Alaya Naturals supplements!! P.S. i also bought spirulina!! LOVE them!! UPDATE: This has been a life-saver for one of my dogs that has candida and thrush problems. I've tried everything, including vet visits but nothing has helped, EXCEPT THIS DID! No more red paws, no more licking!! I'm so thrilled, and I've referred this to my husband to gets it for his dogs too (we have several dogs). If you have a dog with this kind of problem, I highly recommend this supplement!Original Review: First the not-so-good news...I thought I'd try this green food because so many of them give me an upset stomach. This product didn't agree with me either because of the berry in it. I can't eat berries of any kind, but I thought this would be ok. It wasn't. Now the good news! I decided to give it to my two dogs instead. I've noticed that they've benefited from it greatly, their coats are very shiny and they can't wait to eat their food. They even lick their dishes after the food is gone the like it so much. Although this didn't work for me, it does for my dogs. I'll continue to get ot for them.

This is my very first superfood supplement I've taken, so the experience was quite interesting. I initially had it with just cold water. It mixed well in a shaker, not thick at all, and water turned dark green. I'm not gonna lie, the flavor was nasty. It tastes like grainy grass. I had to chug is down and took some sour patch kids chasers after. Never again will I mix it with just water. The following day I mixed it with iced green tea from Starbucks and it was actually tolerable. So I decided to buy one of those Snapples Diet Green Tea single packets to mix it with and it was good. Not great, but good. The flavor is an acquired taste and I am slowly getting there. As far as the superfood effects, it did give me an energy boost after I take it. The first couple of days it made me go #2 a lot and then it subsided to a regular schedule after. This has helped me with my digestive issues like bloating and tummy ache. I like this product and would recommend it, if only it tastes better. But I think all superfood powder will always have that grassy grainy taste.

When Monsanto bought the brand I previously used (Garden of Life) I went searching for a better product. Took me awhile to find one that seemed to be of the highest quality--I liked that your company is a small business, and your product description seemed to align with my wishes. So, I bought your product in January 2020, and added half a scoop to every smoothie. Loved it! When my first container ran out, I was delayed in replacing it, and I could tell the difference in my body, and in the flavor of the smoothies. Something was obviously lacking. I bought another container in June 2020, and proved once again that my day goes better when I add a half scoop to my morning smoothie. I enjoy the berry flavor, and all the health benefits within. I believe that my inflammation is lessened with the continued use of this product. My body feels more alive when I use your product. I'm going to order again today!

I was looking to add more greens to my daily intake, I was using a different brand of greens and after reading and researching I decided to give alaya naturals a try. I am so glad I did I love that I can easily add the greens to my morning protein shake and it actually adds a great fruity taste to my already tasty shake. I did notice when I forget to add the greens to my protein shake I kind of miss the taste and the little boost of energy that the greens give me. I like that it is not gritty or clumpy I've actually use a ninja blender a hand held mini cup battery powered blender and a shaker cup and all tasted fine. of course ninja was the best of all three but all where palatable. I'm very pleased with this product I've added it to my subscribe and save so I won't have to go without.

I've used this product before, and it has been awesome. This time there was something "extra" in the powder. I kept finding small pieces of what felt like metal shavings in my drinks. Once I stopped adding this to my smoothies it went away. My guess is this was a fluke, but I'm not sure I want to take another chance.
