Great taste and benefits
Great tea to soothe stomach aches and reduce bloating. We drink this almost every night before bed and it helps calm any stomach issues from the day. It tastes good too, which is a plus!

I will not say this is a be-all end-all product, but many of the benefits advertised are valid IMO. I do feel a bit better night's sleep when using this before bedtime. Nice hot cup helps me chill.
