Love the soy curls and ran out of what seasoning we had. The old seasoning isn’t sold anymore so I went back to the source. Worth it!

Love the flavor and hate the clumping! I accidentally found that if I took it out of the container and put it into a zip lock bag in the freezer, there is no clumping at all. Now it’s perfect.

....as you try to keep up on your protein, you must try the curls.GEEZ, YES THE SEASONING IS SALTY. They should manufacture a low-salt/no salt version. I ONLY LIKE MY POPCORN REAL SALTY.Being a virgin consumer, I did half a bag with 2 Tblsp only. Next time I'll do less. No HBP in my senior years but want to stay that way. Now with heart disease in my family I eat a more Mediterranean diet. I threw first time in some sumac & za'atar in with using roasted garlic EVO. Next time sliced onions, mushrooms, greens & garlic. SKY IS THE LIMITI did what 2 reviews said. I mixed the seasoning with a little purified water first like you do with a cornstarch slurry. I drained purified water from the curls really well.I cut up some chick-style seasoned browned curls and popped them in my minestrone soup to add protein.My creative brain wants to incorporate curls & the chick-style seasoning into other dishes and experiment. Another form of complete protein... I'm excited.BUT YOU GOTTA TRY THE SEASONING WITH THE CURLS FIRST AND GO FROM THERE.

Makes soy curls taste great, but both bottles I have are hard as a rock. I will probably order again, but immediately transfer it to another container.

Would give this 5 stars if it didn't dry up after a month after opening it. Maybe a smaller size would be better.

My wife went vegan back in February and this was a huge find.

I’m a new fan of the soy curls and this is great to use when I want some added flavoring that isn’t spicy. Nice to have an all-in-one vs going through 3-4 spices in my cupboard.

One that arrived was outdated. The other one was good quality. Flavor good.
