These KitchenAid Kitchen Shears have become a really handy tool around the house. They are very sharp, making cutting tasks in the kitchen and beyond much easier. I also appreciate that they come with a nice plastic safety cover for storage, which is a thoughtful touch.The shears feel sturdy and well-made, and they've worked perfectly for any household project I've needed them for – from opening packages to snipping herbs. I even caught my daughter using them to cut some cardboard boxes in half (not exactly their intended purpose, but they certainly did the job!). If you're looking for a reliable and sharp pair of kitchen shears that can handle more than just kitchen tasks, these are a great choice.

We bought some more expensive scissors a few months ago and they got dull very quickly and had uncomfortable handles.So I bought two of these at $8.99 each and they are actually better in every way. Nice ergonomics, sharp cutting edge, and no rust or issues at all after a few months. No reason to pay any more than this in my opinion.

Perfect for everyday use, whether it be for cutting herbs, bacon, gardening, sewing, gift wrap, or just for about anything that a pair of shears or scissors would be needed, this set of two shears/scissors are strong and will serve the purpose, unless you plan on cutting metal, tree branches, or glass! Ha Ha

I had a pair of these scissors before, but I misplaced them, I was so glad to be able to order a pair of them, they are a MUST in my Kitchen.

These are pretty handy for cutting chicken I bought a few even given as gift. The spring keeps slipping off and if you loose the sheers is worthless. So the quality is midrange the cost was ok so I would say give it a shot

Well after the cuisinart scissors plastic handles fell off - I've needed a new pair. I bought this about a year ago and it seems to not rust and the plastic black part is still solid.Seems to do OK in the dishwasher.

This is my third pair. They work so well, that when one of my old pairs around the house, from different brands, bites the dust, I replace with these. They are good with self-sharpening. I have one pair that is 5 years old and it has outlasted newer ones from other brands.

These scissors cut great. They replaced a smaller pair of a different brand that couldn’t cut warm butter. They feel comfortable when using them and the nose cover holds them closed when you aren’t.
