Battery seems to be just fine .
Well got the battery and it started getting hot. I was replacing a battery that lasted 2 years and my phone started doing weird things and then a notification that battery was not keeping up with apps . So i got this one and it acted weird hot something . But after resetting my phone and and not using it so much thinking it was the new battery or my phone . So now it seems to be fine . Maybe my old battery was so bad it took a lttle time for my phone to calm down. So we will see. UPDATE. Wanted to say everything is fine with this battery.

Worked great when new, but lasted less than a year
It worked great when new, but gradually started discharging very quickly and would not hold a charge for a full day in less than a year.

So far battery works great
I purchased this battery in Oct 2020. The performance so far has been great. It fit into my Note 4 without any problems. Hopefully performance will continue to be good.I will update as time passes.

Holds the charge
The battery is nice, long-lasting, I feel like my old phone is new again. My father was using that phone for years and I want to keep it, but I did not expect that it is still possible to find good battery for that, I am very happy.

Batter dead within few months of rarely using it
I usually dont write any negative reviews. However, for this, I had to write a honest review. This batter is not worth it for the money. I had purchased this battery and put it in my Samsung phone. Initially for a month or 2, everything looked good. But later it started dying slowly and within few months the battery died completely. I rarely use my Samsung phone because its a old phone and I have another new one (Iphone). inspite of rarely using, this battery's life is so short that it dies within few months. I tried to contact the seller via Amazon portal regarding warranty and return / replacement with another one. Sofar no reply from them, I dont think they will ever reply to my question about warranty and return.I would not recommend this battery.

Caused issues with my phone from the beginning
Finally writing a review on this. From the beginning, this battery seriously messed with my phone. The only problem with my phone prior to installing this battery is that the old battery would no longer hold a charge.Installed this new battery, and within 24 hours up until now, almost 4 months later, I have been battling my phone randomly turning off, even with a full charge, multiple times a day. Sometimes it turns back on by itself - like it does it's own reboot. Most of the time, it just turns off. I find it off at some point, think perhaps the battery died, plug it in, and the battery indicator immediately goes to anywhere from 45% to 90%, depending on how long the phone was on before shutting itself off. So I turn the phone back on, and yes indeed, plenty of power. It's been annoying the crap out me, but since I have no cell service at home, it wasn't a big enough deal for me to do anything about. Then, about two or three weeks after installing, it started to do this weird cycle thing if the phone was off and I plugged it in to charge. I literally could not charge the phone, nor could I turn it on. It just kept cycling the charging icon off and on, with a little vibration thing with each cycle. The only way to stop it was to remove the battery and reinstall. Finally, a couple of days ago, I could no longer get it to stop the cycling thing. I couldn't turn the phone on, nor could I charge it, no matter how many times I removed the battery and reinstalled. So, I bit the bullet and ordered a new phone. Then I started messing with this one, since it wouldn't really matter what I did to it, as a new phone is on it's way to me. Low and behold, I finally realized that the battery really doesn't fit properly. It's a tiny, tiny bit too short, so the battery can rattle up and down, which means it is constantly disconnecting. I took a piece of paper about 1" x 1", folded it several times so it was about 1/5" x 1", and crammed it between the bottom edge of the battery and the phone frame, which makes the battery tight in it's slot, and pushes it up against the connections. (Photo attached - you can see the edge of the yellow paper.) I've had zero issues with the phone since, although it's only been 2 1/2 days. I wouldn't use it like this long term, but it will do until my new phone arrives.
