Arrived quickly in a discreet Amazon box. Initially used these pull-up style, disposable adult diapers for daytime wetting only. Went through them frequently as they get rather spongy and heavy after moderate to heavy incontinence. I recommend changing frequently, but they will absorb some of the heaviest intermittent wettings that occur. Not a diaper for heavy bedwetting. Very comfortable and soft, good for breathable activities and exercise.

Holds it's shape very well - especially leg openings. Not much Xtra material - so you don't feel it's bunching-up. Some one with 28-30" waist- feel the x-s is not too small.

My husband has severe bladder leakage and uses the overnights 24/7. No product in this category is going to be 100% effective, but this is the best we've tried (and there have been many). Also, if you're using them regularly go ahead and sign up for the auto-ship. It saves a little money, is easy to use and adjust on your own, but if you have to call customer service it is easy to talk to a person.
