I’m from Japan and now living in the U.S. I use this one instead of consommé. Usually I put about 2 teaspoons for 240–250 ml of water. Sometimes hard to eat enough vegetables here, so I make simple soup like pot-au-feu, with cabbage, broccoli, onion, and carrot. First, I fry bacon and garlic well, then add veggies. It makes really good flavor—like restaurant taste! I really recommend :)
