The media could not be loaded. It is a SOLID BUILT BAG! The color pops. The liner on the inside is bright so it's easy to find your items. The shoulder straps are comfortable and they are removable. Side "compression" straps. Large opening. Large outside pocket. The 40L can fit a ton of items.These are all the things I like.Only I wish it had, was a sternum strap. There is no water bottle pocket but this is a duffel back that you can convert to carry like a backpack.5 Stars!

I just got back from an African Safari where I could only carry a total of 33 pounds due to the small planes used to get between Safari Camps. This Thule bag was great! Durable, easily packed, several pockets inside. I did use packing cubes to separate my items which was helpful. Any scuff marks caused by the airlines were easily removed with a magic eraser. The backpack straps are easily removed. We did "carry on" going over and it fit in the overhead bin, however we had a smaller commuter flight when back in the US and had to check it as it was too big for that part of the trip.

As soon as I opened the box I knew this bag was high quality. I was so pleased with it that I ordered a 40L in the same color Olivine. A beautiful color and the bag itself is sturdy and over all appealing. I would 100% recommend any Thule product. I also have 4 compression pouches and those are also phenomenal. Keeps everything tidy and neat. Thanks Thule! Next purchase will be a backpack I think.

So far this bag looks and feels very durable. Love the color and the outer bag to store it in when not in use. Perfect size for a carry on.

I bought this for carry on so that my hands can be free in the airport. I have dedicated hiking bags but I thought this would be less gadgety and pocket loaded, and good for International travel that's not adventure oriented, yet could be in a pinch. It's also waterproof, which is meaningless until it isn't and you realize it's critical. I tested it today grocery shopping/walking. Ended up loaded with 28 pounds & walked 6 miles. Popped in quarts of soup, bags of flour, my jackets, plenty of space left...I am a person on the smaller, skinnier side and my preferred max load is 30 lbs. The only place I felt it was my quad's. My neck & back were fine. I was really surprised by how well the weight distributes in the bag & how it could stand up when I took the photo. I also appreciated that the opening lays against your back and the base is what's exposed, so that the bag is secure while you're carrying it and keeps you clean from whenever you may have set the bag onto when loading or rummaging. I was also able to snap on a grocery bag for my delicate greens in a manner so that it didn't swing back-and-forth as I walked. That's also important to me, no carabiner needed. I'm a decades experienced hiker. There is no air flow between your back and the pack, but that can be a plus in rainy, cool weather. And remember there's no chest or belly bands, and the base is not padded...but I really don't expect nor want these features in a duffle converter bag because it just adds weight, and I also bought this bag because it is not heavy or bulky. Loading it with clothes and carrying it on will be a breeze. This is my 1st Thule product and I'm sold.

This is a quality bag. I like that it can be used as a backpack or duffle, and it is the PERFECT size for a gym bag for me. It fits everything I need (outfit for the day, including shoes), toiletries and a towel for showering at the gym, as well as my makeup bag. It slides nicely into the lockers at my gym, and the color is nice too! Highly recommend!!
