I take this because I test a little low on blood platelets. Vitamin K is expensive. This is the cheapest by many times anything else. It's nearly impossible to measure out the tiny recomended dose but vit K is safe at huge dosage so you don't need to worry about getting too much. I use a long narrow paring knife and scoop a miniscule amount with the sharp tip.

Stinky vitamin powder but the value is there. Just mix it in with something and you won't notice it. Great Company. I've bought several items from them.

There is no option to mark this as a Zero star! I have had my own business, so do not give negative ratings, but this product did not come close to the amount of money it cost, leaning more toward false advertising - no way is there even ten servings. It should be labeled better or have an explanation of how one can possibly even divide about of tsp. of product into 1,111 servings. The K2 powder advertises that it has 1,111 servings, but the baggie inside of a baggie that I received wouldn't yield 10 servings let alone 1,111, and given how expensive K2 is in general, this was quite disappointing.

The product is very Potent, I was only incorporating 10mg per capsule with some Magnesium Glycinte to make 100 capsules per batch, meaning I would only measure out 1 gram along with 760grams of Magnesium. This is a very small percentage of the mix, meaning I had to mix the batch for a long time by stirring and shaking the ingredients in the pyrex glass container which I had measured ingredients into. Bulk Supplements prides itself on not adding unnecessary ingredients to their products, in this case they added some di-calcium phosphate as a carrier, maybe in this case they could of added a much higher percentage of carrier? I had purchased a 25 gram amount for up to 2770 servings.After reviewing another review, I measured my 25 gram minus the 2 grams that I used, and it appears that they probably measured the 25 grams including the weight of the small plastic bag?

The reason that this is such a small packet and 1% of it is Vitamin K is because it would be too difficult to dose via a scoop or tweezers if it was pure and could possibly be dangerous. The reason 99% of it is di calcium phosphate is for it to be in a powdered form and for it to be dosed. Pure vitamin k2 is most likely not a powder. Most stuff isn’t a powder, that’s why it is bonded to another compound eg creatine MONOHYDRATE (meaning 1 H2O). When creatine is bonded with one water the newly formed compound is in solid form meaning it can be a powder. I do not blame you for getting confused about this.

I bought the tiny portion measuring spoons on here i think 1/64 of a teaspoon was the equivalent of 90 ug or 9 mg unit according to a reviewer with a scale. You can always buy a cheap scale on here and verify.
