The majority of products I've tried leave my scalp very itchy. No rash, no discoloration and no dandruff, just horribly itchy. SO much so that before I realized it was my shampoos, I was having my husband check my head for lice. My scalp is oily and my shoulder length hair is dry. Other products either exacerbated my oily scalp or the dryness of my hair IF it did not make my scalp itch. I would have to wash my hair everyday because of my oily scalp but it dries out my hair. THIS SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER DO NONE OF THE ABOVE! I have finally found a perfect product . I originally bought for the claims of regrowth properties and to be honest, I have not really paid enough attention to review that aspect of the product. I just have been too happy to NOT have an itchy oily scalp and dried out hair. Also, I LOVE how it comes when shipped. In plastic & secure tops that do not leak or break during shipping and also come with two flip tops for easy use in the shower. Being Paraben and Sulfate Free and Made in the USA are added perks! AND it is affordable and the amount of product goes a long way, especially the shampoo! Rinses clean without a residue feeling. First few uses, the tingling from the mint was a wee bit unnerving but now I get no tingling with the shampoo, only the conditioner and I don't mind so much anymore.

No complaints - I was quite surprised by the shampoo when I used it. It has the consistency of water. That's not an exaggeration. Never used a shampoo like it before. It still lathers nicely though. The conditioner is fine. My biggest plus is that it doesn't make my scalp itchy, which was a problem with other shampoos and conditioners that I 've used.

I ordered this product once before, and it was great. So good I decided to book market in case I wanted to order again. I recently was traveling Memorial Day weekend and my products got taken at airport security for being a little too large bottle wise. So I immediately placed a re-order on my Amazon and when I receive my new shampoo and conditioner, the shampoo was off color from my original one and the conditioner smelled horrible, like a smelly foot. Now again, I only ordered once before, which was great and my second order was horrible. I can’t explain the difference in orders other than the company changed the formula which I doubt, I happen to just get a bad bottle of shampoo and conditioner, which I also doubt, or I think the product is a defect in Amazon selling it for cheap because I’ve known them to do that with other products. I didn’t review my first order, but it would’ve been five stars but now that I’ve ordered twice I gotta give it three stars because I just don’t know if I could trust a third order now my original order the product was refreshing smelled great left you with that cool peppermint feel on your scalp, which was awesome. The second order the shampoo doesn’t even give you that tingling cool feeling and the conditioner smells like it’s toxic and should be in a nuclear waste dump versus being sold on Amazon.

My hair was thinning, I could see my scalp! Now my hair is growing back and I’m so happy!

Noticeable in one week for me

I used this for a while in 2024. I loved the smell, but the shampoo seemed like it had been watered down a few times & the consistency of the conditioner was weird, so I stopped buy it. I decided to try it again, so I ordered some yesterday morning and it arrived last night. When I used it this morning I was happy about the thickness of the shampoo and the consistency of the conditioner was like any other conditioner. I was; however, disappointed in the smell. It used to have a nice peppermint smell, now it smells like medicine.
