Have been using this product for years and it has never failed. I take two capsules in the morning with my liquid vitamins and it really helps to get me going. If I poop out later in the day I take one capsule and I feel great in just a few minutes I take a number of other Gaia supplements and they are the best brand on the market today. You go Gaia!!

The 4 stars are because I love these herb vitamins. Took off a star (probably should have taken off 2) because the cost is just ridiculous. Very hard to afford these monthly. They work. The caffeine doesn't affect me in any negative ways like others. It's a gentle energy that lasts slowly. I've come to rely on these to get me through the afternoons and definitely notice a difference when I've run out and can't afford to buy more. I have on Subscribe & Save but that doesn't help much. I've been searching for something similar that doesn't break the bank to no avail. On top of that, I really trust the brand and ingredients. I have a new bottle here that I'm reluctant to open because then I'll be reliant upon them again and bummed if I don't have enough money for next months. But, if you have any monthly disposable income, I do recommend.

I was trying to find something natural that would give me more energy when I need it to get away from energy drinks, like Red Bull which are not healthy nor good for you in the short or long run. This product from Gaita did the trick. It does not give you the rush of an energy drink--which is actually unnatural. It gives you energy naturally and sustained over a period time.

Glass bottle arrived broken with glass shards covering capsules...unsafe,unusable,un-returnable!!!

I am sensitive to caffeine, so I only take ONE of these at a time and I get pretty hyper. Sometimes I take one of these with 1 Gaia Mental Alertness and my brain seems to be kicked into higher gear. This does wear off during the day, but for me I cannot take later in the day or I would not be able to sleep.
