Colorful, cleanable, and great wedding gift
Very sturdy, the hard cutting board makes it hard to leave any indentations of cutting marks from the knife. It also doesn't collect the scent or leave markings from things that were cut upon it. I do wish they were different sizes for a different variety of things that may get cut, and maybe had a couple of ridges for juices don't drip off from the sides.

You can never have too many cutting boards. I highly recommend these for your kitchen, they work great in mine.
These are great cutting boards. Maybe they're not 100% professional grade, but for the home chef or just everyday cook, they're great.I like the colors.I use red for meat (can't have any cross-contamination going on, so ONLY meat ever touches the red board)...and that's easy to remember...red meat...and red for *HEY YOU BIG DUMMY!!! DON'T CUT ANYTHING ELSE ON ME!!!*The green board...of course...veggies! Green also because I can cut any veggies on it as much as I want and not have to worry about germs.Blue is for seafood...because the ocean is blue OF COURSE! :-)Yellow is just anything else that needs to be cut and won't cause cross-contamination.Yes, my knives do leave cut marks on these boards. But good, sharp knives leave cut marks on ANY boards, even end-cut maple butcher block...it's just not as easy to see the marks on some boards as it is on others. These marks are superficial and I don't worry about them at all. I've been using these boards every day for a while now and there's no real damage going on, just surface scratches.

Highest quality product as well as unbeatable customer service
Have always wanted a set of cutting boards that are specific to what you are going to use them for and I absolutely LOVE this set! They are sturdy, clean up well and don't stain! I would purchase them in a heartbeat as a gift and will most likely do so for Xmas! Also the little ceramic knife that comes with the set is amazing! I don't know how I lived without it and use it every day. Only caution is you may think because it is small it is not mighty, but this little guy is sharp as can be and you need to be careful when cutting with it because of how easily it cuts though most veggies etc......There are restrictions on what to use it for, but it is an irreplaceable item in my kitchen ever since I got it!! Guarantee you won't be disappointed with the product OR the customer service!

These are wonderful boards. I ordered them to replace my flexible boards which were scarred with knife cuttings (which can lead to bacterial contamination). I decided NOT to replace them with new flexible boards not only because of the potential for bacterial contamination but also the fact that the flexible boards become curled with age making them almost impossible to use. The Resort Chef boards are quite stiff (which is perfect) and I expect them to last much longer. I also like the tabs which indicate what to use the boards for i.e. meat, fish etc. The boards arrived VERY quickly to my surprise. The accompanying pare knife was also very welcome. I had never used one before and it is quite sharp and easily cuts through tomatoes as well as hard vegetables like carrots. I would highly recommend the boards and Resort Chef as a vendor.

Got these for my mom, she likes it but she expecting it to be more sturdy than it actually is. If you want to get it to cut up small things , this would be fine.

LARGE, BRIGHT AND HEAVY DUTY
These cutting boards are very large and give a great area for cutting a lot of items without having to use additional boards (i.e. lots of veggies or fruit, not different food items like chicken and veggies!). They are bright and the color coding for different foods is easy to see. I'm not concerned that they "slip" on the counter because every cutting board I've liked and used in the past decade plus has moved if I don't hold it down or put a damp towel under it. (Get one with feet if you're concerned.)I haven't used the ceramic peeler yet but it looks sturdy and seems that it will do a great job.Instructions are included for use and care of both products. Be smart and read them!
