Quite the middle of the road product but not terrible at all. It does do its job and fairly quickly. It hasn’t been that long since I started using this charger and the fan inside is starting to make odd noises unless positioned a certain way.

It arrived, without the adapter it was supposed to have so already useless. Then I plugged it in and heard a terrible rattling noise. The fan had a broken blade that would rattle the unit physically across the counter. It lasted 3 minutes before the fan shut down permanently.I contacted support requesting a replacement and was told I had to package up the piece of garbage they sent me with my own materials and wait for evaluation before they sent me a replacement. I don't work for them.

This charger works perfectly for my 48 V bike. It charges quickly and has a cooling fan on it that shuts off when your charge is done. It charges a battery as good or better than the one that came with the bike. I saw a review that says it creates a small spark when you plug it in and that is correct, it doesn’t appear to have caused any problems. It also comes with an adapter because there are two sizes of charging ports. This thing is a win.

I got tjhis Charger because my Luna Cycle 52v Heavy Metal Charger w/Digital Read Out finally died after 6 years and I could not find the same unit replacement.So I figured I would get this cheap charger.When it arrived I was shocked how Flimsy and light weight it was.I was sure it would most likely blow up or have a melt down as soon as I plugged it in.Now after more than a month it has been working with no problems.It actually charges pretty fast.I would say excellent unit for the price.And I'M happy to be back out riding my Bike every day.

This 54.6V 3A charger works on a 48V ebike battery, but only gets me to 4 bars, or about 52V instead of the 54.6V max. I use my wife's charger to top my battery off. This is my 2nd purchase. I gifted my 1st one to a friend. and it charged to 54.6V like it should have...
