They do what they are supposed to do
Works very well. Nice clean cuts. A little hard to hold on to without smacking your fingers with the hammer but that’s my issue

Works well, I'm happy with them!
Very durable. Works well for several cuts of leather. Several shapes & sizes to choose from. No problems at all so far!

Good Variety of Punches
Overall, pretty good variety of punches--shapes, sizes, functions. They are sharp upon delivery and can be used right away. I have not had any issues with bending or dysfunction. They're fairly durable but could see how they may wear with time/use. Overall, a good set to purchase for a mix of styles/designs.

Good for multiple uses
Got these for my husband. He does leather work and these were a great addition to his tool set. They work with a hammer easily and worked well in a press. They have held up well.

Okay, but lacking important sizes/shapes.
Fairly sharp.Well oiled - which is good and bad. These are an inexpensive way to punch some holes in leather, but the sizes and shapes are a bit puzzling.Someone should discuss the actual dimensions which leather workers really need. For example, most of us make belts, watch bands, holsters or various equipment straps which follow simple and predictable requirements. One very important example would be that belts need about a 4 centimeter slot about a quarter centimeter wide with round ends to use for the buckle retaining prong to come through the leather. (See photo)Watch bands, guitar straps and camera straps have similar dimensional needs which such sets do not address, but easily could. A 1 and 3/4 inch slot about a quarter centimeter wide with rounded ends would be ideal for holsters or other items which need to be retained by a very common sized belt. Very common need for leatherworking. Some want a bit smaller for a 1 inch belt to pass through, so 1 and a 1/2 with rounded edge would be good.Since these cutters have nothing to protect the top of the punch, they will be deformed by a steel hammer or will cause damage to a rawhide or plastic hammer. A strip of cutting board at the top would help solve this issue and a cutting board beneath would also prevent damage to the cutting edge as it comes through the leather. There are a lot of totally useless shapes which I have never seen how they could be used. Maybe someone could advise me before I toss them out or heat and reshape them.

Great for polymer clay use!
I used these for polymer clay for earring making and they are perfect! They’re so much cheaper than the actual earring making tools and work so much better! Theyre the perfect size to make earrings or even for leather like mentioned. Very sturdy and nice and sharp to cut through your product.

Extra belt holes and polymer clay
Such a compact box. I hope to use them soon for belt holes. They make great shapes according to a senior polymer clay woman. They are also good for mokume gane. Each shape has so many sizes packed inside like a Russian doll with progressively smaller dolls inside.
