Good Product
It is very easy to use - plug and go. Has long lasting batter and a very good range - it works everywhere in my warehouse 170SQ Ft., and wall do not interfere.

Scanners Do Not Include Power Supply Or RS232 Cable
Scanners came without power supply or RS232 Cable. Had to source them elsewhere despite the description listing them as included.

Not really good like before

Be aware of re-stocking fee
Seems great but didn’t work with the system we were using and so we returned the item. After the return we were informed since it was open the items was subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
