This health powder can be put into your water for some added health benefits. From my research, this is supposed to help aid with heart health, and stress which is a plus. I will say that the taste is not the best, but over time you will get used to it. There are no English instructions, but it is recommended that you start off with about one-two table spoons with one cup of water for the perfect ratio. The value for money for the product is great, and budget friendly if you want to try this out.

This is the best Tianqi powder I ever had! Very fine powder! I learned from a TV program about Chinese herbal medicine: when you use Tianqi powder, you should add equal amount of ginseng powder, because Tianqi cleans your blood and makes somebody (like me) feel tired. After I use Tianqi powder with ginseng, I feel the difference. I use Tianqi for a year, I don’t have any blood problem so far at age of 59😊I subscribed this product to lock the price!

I ordered this tienchi based upon the reviews and as a possible less-expensive alternative to the notoginseng I have been using. This was a lesson in getting what you pay for -- I had to throw it out. Unfortunately, no refund was available.The notoginseng/tienchi/san qi I have been taking makes a clear golden infusion that has a bitter & slightly sweet taste. Both the taste and the scent are clean.What I received with this order was a jar with the label "Dian Mai Hao Tienchi Powder". When I added hot water to the powder, it produced a murky brown/gray liquid with a lot of sludge in the bottom. The smell was like very dirty dishwater. This was nothing like the notoginseng I have previously had. Maybe it is what it claims to be and maybe it isn't. If it is tienchi, there is something seriously wrong in its production.
