This came in the mail just a few minutes ago. I fiddled around the label, scanned the included QR.. looked at puppers bowl, and no surprise, she didn't finish breakfast. I pumped a squirt into the remains and walked away. Which, by the way, makes it super easy to dose. To my surprise, the bowl was spotless when I came back. Picky Pyr apparently approves; it must taste pretty good to her! Which makes this a great, and cost effective switch over what I've been buying locally. As for health benefits, I am unsure. My pup has been on a fish oil for the last year and she's only a year and a half old, most of all because she's is a very picky eater and she will eat food topped with salmon oil. Everybody that comes in contact with her immediately comments on her softness. So, salmon oil in general must have it's advantages, especially for my great pyr. And she is indeed great! =)

I’ve just started using it so I don’t have any results yet, but the pump was easy to operate and that’s not always the case. It came quickly and the container works properly so we’ll start there with my review.

Has helped so much with shedding and allergies! My Aussie had started to develop dry skin patches on his elbow. We started adding this oil to his food and a few weeks later you could see the difference! We also noticed his coat become softer, and reduced itching and shedding! Been using it now for 2 years, no going back

4 stars only because the pumps are not accurate measurements.According to the product's directions my dog requires 5 grams/ml of product for her bodyweight. HOWEVER, one pump of this oil is only 2 grams/ml (at most); two pumps sometimes yields 3 grams/ml. I know this because I had to use my food scale to ensure my dog received the right dosage: I realized my dog was not getting the right amount because her itchy skin was not improving after several months.It was only after I started using a food scale to measure the oil that her itching finally came under control. That said, the product works. I'm in my second bottle and have tried several brands before sticking to this one.

Use this fish oil for my 2 shih Tzu mixes. My older one has seen a significant benefit for his anal glands. It's a good easy and healthy additive to their food, it's the only fish oil I buy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price and reviews helped, and our precious pup seems to enjoy. I also like that the actual pump works well unlike previously purchased.

My dog seems to like this oil. But handling it is pretty gross. Naturally it smells bad. But every time I buy it the pump does not work, necessitating using the bottle flip cap, which I find leaky. Snap it closed and smelly salmon oil spays out. I dread using it. I’ll be looking for a different kind.
