I have been taking these for about 5 months now. I like the gummies. They taste good, and are easy to chew and swallow. I like the color. I haven't noticed them seeming to be melty, or upset my stomach. My nails seem to be strong and grow well. I have not noticed much of a difference in my skin or my hair. I will continue to take them for at least a few more months in hopes of seeing better results soon. They are a little more expensive than some, but also less expensive than others.

For the last several of months my nails have been very brittle and breaking constantly. My hair was coming out in clumps in the shower and in my comb. To the point I was getting seriously concerned and collected it for 2 weeks to show my Dr. an example and not be told “hair loss is natural” again. I have been taking the Weem Hair Skin Nails extra strength vitamins a little over a week now. I haven't noticed much change in my hair as of yet. But, what I have noticed is the change in my skin and nails. My skin has had some minimal break outs from time to time and so far that has stopped. My skin has cleared up and seems softer. My nails have been growing like crazy. I usually have to file once a week to keep them short and cleaned up. I've had to file them down at least 3xs so far. That's the biggest change I've noticed and I'm really excited to see the end results after taking them for the remainder of the month. The gummies are easy to chew, non-sticky and a great bite size. The flavor is amazing too. I feel that the vitamin content makes up the difference in what I don't get from my normal daily vitamin.
