Sour nasty flavor
This item was destined for a chil but when powder is put in a container with water the flavor is so negatively sour the child refused it. $30 dlls for nothing plus the fact it’s non returnable it makes it pretty frustrating, so NO more of this ugly sour flavor!!

I don't like taking so many pills. Two pills 2 - 5 times a day is a bit much. I haven't been able to decide if it works or not. Unfortunately , I go all day without eating. When I do eat I don't see an increase of my appetite. I would think with 10 pills a day, I should be eating up everything in sight.

So far this is A Supplement without any fillers the only thing is the requested dose is multiple times in a day.So for Appetite Supplements this is the best by far.
