I can not get it program need to send it back

Easy to connect and easy to navigate to features. Once Bluetooth connects, it seems to stay connected to media audio and voice calls. I haven’t figured out yet how to disconnect from my media video’s and navigation while I’m connected to the car Bluetooth. It seems to override the cars Bluetooth connection. That part annoys me.Otherwise it’s great. I’ve had an Apple watch and function is very similar.

It's been roughly four months since I bought this watch, and it's been a pretty good time piece. but now the band fell off because the cylinder that holds the spring and pin is stretched on one side and will no longer hold. Not sure if I can find a replacement that fits well enough for this, but it's still a pretty decent watch for what you pay for. I have been looking, but I cannot find a replacement band.
