Work for me, good value, taste nice
Can't specifically say how much of an effect on sleep they have as I already take Magnesium Threonate (which is an excellent sleep-aid for anyone who's interested).I do find in general they help with relaxation, calm my nerves and reduce anxiety. I take them at all times of day, as & when I feel the need, usually 2 or 3 pastilles at a time. They are tasty, just a subtle blackcurrant flavour, natural and not too sweet. They are pretty tough as a lot of reviews have said but me personally I tend to just suck on them rather than chew. Good value as far as I'm concerned, you get quite a few in the tin, I'd guess 35-40 pastilles...

Life-saver
I’m not sure if these work but it does work in the sense of a placebo effect. Every time i take it i instantly feel calmed down by the ritual of taking them. The tin is very cool because there’s a special way of opening. I also like to take them before going out and also before bed depends how i feel paired with their Calming Drops. The natural ingredients and blackcurrant flavour tastes just like them vitamins you took as a child.

Very easy to use, no side effects tin is good quality make sure to not allow to get too hot or the gummies will melt together. Not a strong smell and a yellowish colour, did not change sleep quality as I’d take them during the day

Best calming sweets around.
Helped my daughter with nerves as a solo dancers and myself when I started driving lessons from a shaky mess to passing my tests 4 months later. Kept me calm and passed both theory and driving test with the help of these.Try 2 or 3 if you want to really calm down.

Effective but Hard to Chew
I recently tried the Rescue Remedy Pastilles, and while they have a pleasant taste, I found them quite hard and difficult to chew. The texture could be a bit off-putting, especially if you're looking for something quick and easy to take. However, the flavor itself is okay and not overly sweet, which is nice. If you can manage the firmness, they might still be helpful in moments of stress. Overall, not the most comfortable pastilles to chew, but effective for what they aim to do.

Good
Got these to help my child with exam stress. They seem to help a little. You get quite a few in the tin and the price here was good compared to some places.

Might Work for Some, Not for Everyone
I decided to try these Rescue Remedy Pastilles after hearing good things about their natural calming effects. The idea of something sugar-free, alcohol-free, and made with flower essences was appealing, especially for moments of stress during travel or work. Here’s my honest take:Pros:- Convenient & travel-friendly – The tin is compact and easy to keep in a bag or pocket.- Alright taste – The flavor is very subtle.- Natural ingredients – I like that it uses flower essences and doesn’t contain sugar or alcohol.Neutral/Cons:- Effect is very mild – I didn’t notice a dramatic calming effect, but it did help me pause and take a breath, which might have contributed to a slight sense of relaxation.- More of a placebo effect? – It’s hard to say how much of the calming comes from the product itself versus the act of stopping and focusing on something.
