Good quality rods
This is a pack of er316l arc welding rods.These are easy to use and don't require any special preparation for use, just make sure the surface is clean. They strike easily and give a good consistent weld. I used this for a repair on a fermentation vessel that was also 316 steel and it made the repair easy and hopefully will also be corrosion resistant.Good quality and value. Recommended. These rods are a bit rough. The welds aren’t bad but the flux coating smokes like mad and crumbles. Tapping off the slag it seemed soft not crisp. Strange

Excellent Rods
Read the reviews and took leap of faith.Trail welds at 50,60 and70amp, on 3mm 316 stainless. Laid smooth beads with slag crust coming off in one clean go.Definitely recommend theses 2.5mm rods.
