Adhesive difficult to remove
First of all, it took me approximately 1 hour from the time I opened the package to putting all the parts back together. The enclosed tools were adequate to complete the battery exchange. Be patient, it takes quite a process to loosen the glue with a hair dryer. The plastic tools to remove the back cover was not really helpful. I ended up using two razor blades to begin the process of opening the back cover. There are no instruction except for a card with 12 QR scans to direct you to YouTube and possibly to other video instruction. When I looked at the card there was no QR scan for a Samsung Galaxy S10 even though when you order the battery it states it fits S10. I ended up looking up an instruction on Youtube to replace the battery, luckily there are several sources. As I mentioned at the beginning, everything went well except to loosen the glue at the beginning. I ended up cracking the back cover and lucky me this is one part you can replace. I suggest you order a new back cover that comes with a clear film since the glue that you heated may not be adequate to keep the original cover in place. Hope this helps...

Great Tools, Anemic Instructions
Shaved about $50 off my expected repair costs for a mushroomed OEM 3300 mAh battery, but really only pulled it off with the help of third-party repair sites and videos. The only provided instructions were a leaflet with a ton of short links and QR codes for repair videos by Serg Tech on YouTube, and not even for the Galaxy S10 family - links only covered up to the S9 and Note 9 families. Since Serg demonstrates with a battery featuring its own adhesive, you're left to puzzle out the use of the two strips provided in the package yourself. (Snip one in half lengthwise and you'll have plenty to securely seat the battery within the "safe" margin along the S10's housing edges. Portion out the other to re-secure the glass back cover at your own discretion.) More or less everything in the kit found its intended use in the repair job aside from the SIM remover, but it's nice that they included one in case you threw out the one in your provider's phone packaging.

Simple, quick, works
My original Samsung battery had swelled up and was failing. The S10 phone was 4 years old, end of life, yet worked really well. Replacing it with the current generation S23 would cost $800+.This battery was less than $30.Easy to replace, worked without issue and is a higher capacity. I'd call that a success.
