I have been taking the production for a month only and I haven't felt any benefit and that is the only reason why I'm goving it 3 stars. Hopefully, improvements will start soon.

Not much information on box or bottle.
I thought I would try these as I suffer with a lot of joint pains and was hoping in time they may help. Not much information on Bottle or box. Unfortunately in a few days after taking these tablets I was suffering with diarrhoea for days so had to stop taking them. When I googled this Cumin can cause diarrhoea. No information on possible side affects on bottle or box. Please check before taking them.

Poor efficacy
This product has had the least effect among the Turmeric products I have used so far. I also use Turmeric for its digestive qualities and this product has not been beneficial at all. Do not fall for the number of reviews.
