This is my second bottle of Life Extension Thermo Weight Control that I'm on and it seems to be working for my appetite control & less cravings, as well as for little by little weight loss. I sometimes have to force myself to eat and sometimes I don't eat all day until dinner time and even then, I eat a small dinner and I feel full. I take as directed, but haven't done much of any exercise. I didn't really start noticing the appetite control effects and less cravings until about a week or so after starting to take them, so at least give it that long before you make a judgment call. I can tell you that these work - at least for me. So much so, that I purchased a second bottle before I completely ran out of the first one. The only thing you can do is try it and see if it works for you. If you don't notice any benefits after you're done with the first bottle then it probably isn't for you. But at least give it one complete bottle before giving up.

Do not buy capsaicin supplements unless you know exactly what you're doing,!! Warning Others,!! I almost had ro go to the ER my stomach hurt and burned so badly, it was a nightmare..

Being on a weight loss quest incorporated this into my supplement routine and did note that I broke through a plateau following adding this for a week. It's hard to evaluate and prove it works but anecdotal evidence indicates may have helped me.
