Bad product
Very very difficult to install , if your door is 1 mm thicker than the metal piece which connects the 2 parts, your are screwed!!

Great lock but incorrect information from Amazon
Overall, a Great automatic lock. Easy to install good app. I would have given it five stars But Amazon provided the wrong information regarding compatibility with Apple HomeKit. very disappointing. I called the manufacturer and they informed me that The one that works with Apple HomeKit is a different model number.

Easy setup.
This is for a furnished rental property.I need the features of setting up dedicated codes and locking the doors remotely. Excellent product and setup was extremely easy. No need to hire a locksmith; I used my previous holes on my lock.This is my second lock with this company. I recommend it. They are pricey. I also like the fact that the codes remain in the lock even if you loose wifi. There is also the backup key.I use KIWI masterlock system for my non furnished properties that dont need remote capabilities.
