Ordered this for my granddaughter for pirate day, the skirt has excellent elasticity as it looked small enough for a 2yr old and stretched easily to fit an adult lol. Everything was as in the picture and was perfect for her dress up day. I definitely recommend this for a quick fix fancy dress costume at a great price too.

Great costume, shame it doesn’t come with a t shirt but for £8 it was well worth the money. The accessories are cute and my daughter enjoyed playing with them. The headband is a bit floppy but with a hair grip it stayed upright
